        Social media monitoring and analytics is an interesting chapter in the Book that was written by Todd Kelsey called Introduction to Social Media Marketing. The focus goes into social media marketing in monitoring graphs and numbers that are rising and falling. The main objective is to pay attention to sudden changes. One can access the account through Hootsuite. The Website provides courses in training one in these areas of interest. The way Hootsuite works it monitors everything in the social media accounts connected. The site provides percentages of numbers being monitored depending on the variable. The variable is something like fans, likes, and followers. There is more into depth to be searching in social media marketing.
